Momofuku noodles are made from simple, wholesome ingredients, with 5 individually wrapped servings of each flavor: Soy & Scallion, Spicy Soy, and Tingly Chili Wavy, totaling 15 meals. Unlike instant ramen, our noodles are air-dried, never fried, resulting in 25% fewer calories than the leading brand, 11g of protein, no cholesterol, no trans fat, and no added MSG. Our chef-developed flavors come from high-quality ingredients like soy sauce, chili paste, and sesame oil, creating the perfect balance of savory, spicy, and tingly flavors.
