To Reconstitute: For 1 Glass (8oz), add ⅓ cup dry milk to 1 cup water. For 1 Quart, add 1 ⅓ cup dry milk to 4 cups water. Nonfat Milk Powder is made by removing the cream from whole milk, then evaporating the water, resulting in a milk powder.
